Dolly-Parton

born on January. 19 1946 Locust Ridge Tenn into a poor family that would eventually comprise 12 kids Dolly Parton learned early to escape the hardships of living through her vibrant and broad imagination. Prior to learning how to read or write she wrote herself songs. In 8 years, she got her first guitar. At age 11, she began to sing at the Knoxville Tennessee radio station. The same year she released her debut recording for Gold Band Records a tiny independent label. While still in highschool, she made her name locally but dreamed about having a bigger stage. On the very day she was able to graduate from the high school in 1964. Dumb Blonde was her first record to chart on Monument Records. Porter Wagoner, a syndicated television show host at the time was searching for a singer on his show. Parton was hired in the year 1967, signed with RCA Records by 1968, and was a part of the Grand Ole Opry. The band split in 1974 after her own singles such as Joshua Coat of Many Colors and Jolene oversold her collaborations. Parton was a part of the group that split after the end of their partnership with Wagoner, wrote"I Will Never Love You and saw it climb to the top spot at No. In 1974, the song by Parton"I Will Never Love You peaked at No.
