Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in the Australian state of Victoria, is an actress and model. She gained fame in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger, which she performed for over 100 hours in the Australian soap opera Neighbors between 2006 between 2006 and 2007. She made her Hollywood debut on two shows. The first one was Hollywood & Wine which was a comedy choral project in which she played a young aspiring actor. Then she was offered a part in the role of Maya who is a stunning medical student in Scrubs' ninth season. The show abruptly ended. After that, she continued to film a Farrelly brothers ' comedy known as Good To Shoot, which was co-starred by Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress was seen in short-form films as well as B-series films. The year 2013 was when she began to be exposed in a greater way. After having appeared in six episodes of the detective drama Franklin and Bash and landing her first regular part in the web series Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia, the actress landed a series of projects. She is in the initial two seasons of the series and also gives the response to Chad Michael Murray. Then she played a supporting role in two feature films which focused on planes. The first one was a TV film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500 that featured actors from TV series. The other one is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. The role she plays is an Air Attendant. She shares the poster of the new show on TV, Matador along with Gabriel Luna. The current season of the drama, where the actors play CIA agents under Robert Rodriguez's direction, is just 13 episodes. The pilot she has for her new show, however, doesn't work out. In 2015, she shared posters for the B Series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments along with Brian Krause. In the same year, she starred on Witness for Rent wearing Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. Also, she is an integral part of the huge production of the experimental Knight of Cups by Terrence Malick. She also appears in five Satisfaction episodes.
